WITH INTENTION.STUDIO

You are in transition.

You have not failed — you've outgrown the coordinates you've been navigating by.

The tools that supported your journey thus far are no longer adequate for what comes next.

You can feel the change of direction.
You can't yet fully name it.
This in-between is a threshold.

And what it asks for is not another strategy. It's someone who can help you hear what is already within you and help you articulate it so it can come to life.

This kind of work asks something of you.

It asks you to stay with what is uncomfortable and not yet clear. To bring your real questions. To trust that the not-knowing is not a weakness — it is exactly where the work begins.

In return, you are held in a space where nothing is too complex, too bold, or too human. Where your vision is taken seriously before it has proof. Where the strategy and the person behind it are treated as the same thing.

This is not a space for performing clarity you don't yet have. It is a space for finding it.

The leader who has operated at a high level.

Not more performance. Not another framework. Something that requires looking inward and outward at the same time. You know that what comes next asks something different of you.

You've likely tried to figure this transition out on your own. You're good at figuring things out. This is the moment where thinking alone isn't enough.

You want a partner who can stay with the complexity of what you're building — the human reality of it and the strategy. You are ready to invest in this transition seriously. In time, in depth, in honest conversation.

"Working with Anna was an obvious choice for me, because of her approach, her open-mindedness, and her professional journey. Her strength lies in her global vision of the bigger picture and her systemic expertise. Throughout our sessions, she helped me stay constantly grounded while also being a source of inspiration.

The embodiment work we do together has been particularly meaningful. It is this duality between our connection to oneself, our purpose, and the entrepreneurial vision, that I have truly appreciated in working with Anna. My transformation is underway, and I look forward to seeing what this collaboration will bring to life in the future."

"Rather than tell you about Anna's impressive background — what matters is the presence she brings. I've known Anna for a while and we've done quite a bit of work together. When I was thinking about who should open the LIF Advance 2026 Accelerator on the theme of inner leadership, Anna was the only name I had. I joined her twelve-week Trauma-Informed Collaboration course myself. What it gave me was a way of understanding what is happening inside so I can show up better for others."

Three months to start, working closely together.

We begin in the inner landscape: who you are becoming, what you already carry of the vision, and the practices that help you lead your next steps from that place rather than around it. As that ground becomes clearer, the focus widens — how you articulate your vision, translating what you are building, what you have and what you need, and how it all begins to move together.

Sessions are 75 minutes, held online. For those based in Geneva, in person is possible. I work in English across time zones (+/-4h of CEST) — Sessions are on Monday, Friday or Saturday mornings CET. After you submit the form, I respond within 48 hours and we arrange a 45-minute conversation — unhurried, no obligation. If there is a fit, I write a proposal for you.

Every proposal is created to meet you in your rhythm. Weekly sessions might not be for you — we define this together.

Anna Teresa Kopacz — facilitator, strategist and somatic practitioner based in Geneva

I work at the intersection of inner leadership and outer design with leaders who are building something that doesn't yet have a template.

My background spans organizational design, collective intelligence, somatic and trauma-informed practice, and nearly two decades of work across business, public sector, academia, and social impact.

I have lived my own transitions, burned through some of them, rebuilt from others. I know this terrain from the inside.

What I bring into the work is not a method. It is range, and the capacity to hold complexity without rushing it toward resolution.

I am based in Europe. I work with leaders globally.

If this is resonating,
I'd like to hear from you.

Before we speak, I ask you to answer a few questions. To understand where you are on this journey. Every engagement includes a personalized proposal that is created from your answers and our one-to-one conversation before the start.

Writing from the threshold.

Occasional writing on leadership, transition, embodied knowing, and what it takes to stay true to what matters. Root and Rupture is a space into the depth of life — its joys and sorrows, its answers and even more questions. Not quieter exactly — some of what lives there is uncomfortable and deliberately so. But it is slower. More considered. Written from the other side of transition.
